We are importers of professional hair products and suppliers to the wholesale trade only.

I have a faulty product that is still within its warranty period, what should I do?

Return it to the place from which it was purchased, along with proof of purchase. Your stockist will be able to organise a repair or replacement for you.



Where can I get my scissors sharpened/refurbished?


The sharpening of professional scissors is highly specialised and should only be attempted by a competent service agent. D. MacIntyre & Son Ltd. does not personally sharpen scissors.
