Q. How can I get a trade credit account with D. MacIntyre & Son Ltd?

A. Please contact our offices and we will either email or post a copy of our trade application form. Alternatively, you may download a pdf here. You may also complete our online application here.

Q. Can I buy products directly from MacIntyre?

A. MacIntyre are importers of professional hair products and suppliers to the wholesale trade only.

 

Q. What is the guarantee/warranty period on electrical products?

A. The standard warranty period for all of our electrical products is 12 months from date of purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase when returning any item. However, in the case of Mikado by Kodo straighteners we offer an 18 month guarantee.

 

Q. I have a faulty product that is still within its warranty period. What should I do?

A. Return it to the place from which it was purchased, along with proof of purchase. Your stockist will be able to organise a repair or replacement for you.

 

Q. I have a faulty product that is outside its warranty period. What should I do?

Q. Where do I get my scissors sharpened/refurbished?
